Equipped with one unit of fully-automatic high-efficiency injection structure,combining high-quality mould clamping system and optional programming control system,suitable for all kinds of moulds,using foaming and non-foamed PVC or TPR raw material to manufacture shoe soles,slippers, sandals or full plastic footwear.

1.  The major mechanical movements as injecting, feeding, disco-rotating, mould-clamping etc, all controlled by programmable controller to have the movements more precise. 

2.  Equipped digital-type proportional controller to control mould-clamping, injection and feeding pressure at the same time and more accuracy.

3.  Unique structure design has more capacity for much bigger moulds, T type machine is equipped with triangular bucket modulus to for normal or triangular mould. It is also equipped mould cooling device for operating simply and making products perfectly.

4.  Equipped blowing system, the produced are lightweight, soft with shining surface, the weight would be 20 %-30 % less than that made in conventional way.

5.  Re-cycle material can be injected. The products have good quality and super lightweight, it is almost the same as those made by all new material.

6.  H & T type equipped with fan of cooling system, and N type use water cooling. Both are easy to operate and save energy.
